Adventures in SEO is owned and operated by Lena Gott and Sweet Gum Media, LLC. By accessing the course, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions for proper use. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time, and the revised T&C will be posted here.  

By continuing to access this course and related materials after any changes have been made, you agree to the Terms and Conditions as modified.

LIMITED LICENSE

Your purchase of Adventures in SEO grants you a single, non-transferable license to the course and its materials. All content you obtain through the course is our property, and your license allows for personal, non-commercial use only by you.  

Anyone found to be sharing login details or course materials, purchasing a license between multiple parties, or planning to do so will have this license immediately revoked and your payment forfeited. You will also be liable for damages to Lena Gott and Sweet Gum Media, LLC.  

With this limited license to Adventures in SEO, you may print a single copy of the materials for your reference. However, you do not have permission to share, sell, create derivative works, reprint or republish any of the course materials, including downloads, videos, and worksheets, for your own business use. Unless given expressed authorization by the owner, you are not permitted to use the course materials in any manner that will infringe upon our copyrights.

Throughout the course, links to helpful, third-party products and websites are mentioned. Affiliate links may also be used in the course, meaning we are granted a portion of the sale in the form of commissions, should you purchase any product or service through our links.

COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION

Adventures in SEO includes access to a private forum which allow us to provide feedback and real-time interaction to the course’s users, as well as interaction between fellow members of the course. Lena Gott and Sweet Gum Media, LLC do not control or endorse the messages that are shared in the community, and you alone are responsible for what you post in the group and the advice you take from the group. Any user that fails to follow the rules of the community set forth in the Terms & Conditions may be removed from the private group and not allowed access to forums, message boards, and other future features of Adventures in SEO.  

ADVENTURES IN SEO REFUND POLICY  

Lena Gott and Sweet Gum Media, LLC cannot guarantee ANY success from using the course materials and downloads, and as such, we are not responsible for your results after taking this course. 

Upon registering for this course, you agree to complete all course modules, lessons, worksheets, and assignments. You also agree that it is our sole discretion to accept a refund request, should you choose to make one.  

To be eligible for a refund of your purchase of Adventures in SEO, you must be able to provide proof that you have completed the course in its entirety within 60 days of your purchase date and implemented the Pinterest AND Google optimization tips on no fewer than 15 original blog posts with original publish dates after you initially enrolled. 

Proof should show that your work adheres to the standards laid out in the course and does not result in meaningful additional traffic to your blog from either search engine. 

Proof can be made in the form of before and after screenshots, analytics screenshots, completed worksheet screenshots, or income reports. Send evidence along with your reason for refunding to admin@whatmommydoes.com
